The Sunshine State gave All Is Well a warm reception and why not? Wherever we went—from fitness centers to public libraries, from the HuB co-work space to the Hadassah Health Forum—women and men, every generation, all levels of fitness—everyone felt their personal well-being was under attack. Too much stress, too much sickness, too little fun. And that was before COVID-19!
Florida kept us really busy because the Energy Express syndicated newspaper column ran in Gainesville and Sarasota for decades. Who knew we had so many fans? Thank you, thank you, especially to my dear sister, who lives in Gainesville, and did her best to get me as many bookings as possible. She’s featured in All Is Well, reminding me that not everyone cares as much about yoga as I do.
