On the Road

When All Is Well launched—before Covid, after President Trump–we hit the road to discover the state of well-being in America. It wasn’t very good. Now it’s so much worse. We visited bookstores, libraries, gyms, art galleries, co-work spaces, churches and Hadassah meetings across the country. From blue state to red state, from 20-somethings to 90-somethings, one trend was clear: Americans are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Is it any wonder COVID-19 created so much misery and suffering in America? As a nation, we were shockingly unhealthy to begin with. At least now, if we rebuild community by community, and push for prevention over profit, we can hope for real change and a system that serves everyone and bankrupts no one.
