Paddling a kayak soothes the inner crank. Inhale, exhale, paddle right, paddle left, sense your diaphragm as it lifts and lengthens. Don’t fall in.
Be as fluid as the waves. Let the energy flow from your toes, through your nose, to that calming place of oh yes, all is well.
